Datactics announces the release of AV 3.2. This release now has MailSort and WalkSort accreditation from the Royal Mail. Now you can determine the cheapest way to send bulk mail within the UK as you process your data.

For this new version, our developers have devised a process which can determine the cheapest way to send bulk mail within the UK. The process has achieved both MailSort and WalkSort accreditation from the Royal Mail. This expands the suite of products aimed directly at the direct mail market.

Royal Mail WalkSort offers discounts of over 35% to large mailings in small geographical areas. Savings are achieved by sorting the items into the correct order for the postman to deliver, reducing the burden on sorting offices and postmen alike. MailSort offers levels of discount up to 30%, dependent upon the quantity of mail sent and the level of sorting achieved.

Datactics AV can advise you:

•   whether the volume of mail and data quality are sufficiently high.

It can also provide you with relevant WalkSort and MailSort reports which accompany the mailing to the Post Office.
